It features a front zip that runs from collar to midchest, protected from within by a storm flap, a zippered front pocket, again covered by a storm flap and elastic cuffs and a toggle at the waistband, which can be adjusted. The unique feature of this garment is a storm hood that folds away and stores in the outside of the collar. When utilized it channels all water from the wearer’s head away from the neckline.
